Less than 1 business day’s notice: 50% of scheduled services
Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of scheduled services
Notices received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are considered received at the start of the next business day.
Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of severe weather, emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances.
